Overall Rating: 5/5 Our stay at this penthouse was exceptional. The property completely met our needs and was precisely as advertised. The two-story layout offers an incredible amount of space, and the 360-degree rooftop views are truly stunning. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood is excellent. The host, Yavor, and the management team were highly professional, upfront, and exceptionally responsive throughout our time in Sofia. We sincerely appreciate their hospitality and their attentiveness in ensuring a seamless experience. The only minor challenge we encountered was regarding parking. We utilized a rental vehicle during our trip and found navigating the local on-street parking to be somewhat difficult, as we had initially anticipated dedicated parking on the property. Aside from that single logistical note, everything about our stay was fantastic. Thank you to Yavor and the team for being excellent hosts. We highly recommend this property.

Great central apartment in the heart of the city. Close to great restaurants and shopping and very close to our venue at the Palace of Culture. Great communication and super helpful whenever we needed a question answered. We used the metro a lot and it was so great and super inexpensive. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Man findet alles, wenn man kochen will. Es gab sogar Gewürze, Essig und Öl. Die Lage ist perfekt zur Metro, Bus und Tram, alles in Fußnähe. Nichts.

The perfect Airbnb for our week in Sofia. Easily walkable to everything, but just far enough away from Vitosha to be incredibly quiet at night. The apartment was clean and modern. Grateful for the elevator up to the 5th floor (note: there are still about 12 steps to walk up inside the front door before you get to it). Cveta was responsive and respectful with all communications, and gave lots of great recommendations. I wish we could have stayed longer! You won’t regret booking it for your next trip.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and is located close to many attractions. Beautiful views from the balcony. We were traveling with 2 small children so it was very handy to come back to midday for the naps. Thanks.

Great stay in Sofia. The apartment is in a super central location, making it easy to walk everywhere. It’s spacious, clean, and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this home in Sofia was absolutely fantastic! The property was very clean, spacious, and in an amazing location that made getting around the city incredibly convenient. What truly stood out was the hosts’ communication. We had an unexpected flight change and needed to adjust our reservation dates at the last minute. The hosts responded almost immediately, accommodated the change without any issues, and even processed the refund within just a few hours. That level of professionalism and understanding is rare and very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sofia, and we will definitely stay here again when we return!

The place is really amazing. Super great location, a lot of things within 5 min walk. Very spacious apartment. There are a lot of lights that you can play with and make it really cozy. I would definitely recommend
