This luxurious apartment is located on a quiet street in the very heart of Sofia, very close to NDK and the main pedestrian street Vitosha Boulevard, where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, global brand stores and much, much more. All cultural and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Although you can easily explore the city by walk, the place is surrounded by all possible public transits including 2 metro stations. We have 1 car free parking on premises.

Centrally located, beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment and a proactive and helpful host. The view, that is featured in every room, is far better than even the listing photos can convey. We have traveled to Sofia annually for a number of years and this stay stands above all of the rest.

The place was very spacious, bright and quiet. Every room had an AC which was amazing in the hot weather. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked. Even though the apartment is on the 10th floor, it had great water pressure and a spacious elevator to drag all of our bags in one shot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great location and very stylish apartment. It has everything for a short stay and makes it extremely convenient to reach any place in the city. Having a free parking on premises is an extra value-add.

The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage and a stunning view over Sofia and Vitosha Mountain. It’s located in a quiet residential area but still less than a 5-minute walk from NDK – the perfect combination of central and peaceful. Having two bathrooms was also a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment checked all the boxes that we wanted: • Location: Just 3 blocks away from NDK and the main subway, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. • Two bedrooms with one that has two twin beds for our kids, or can be combined into queen bed. • Air Conditioning: There are three AC units that really hit the spot when we had a heatwave in Sofia. • Elevator. The apartment is on the 10th floor, so the two elevators were essential. • Secure and Quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. • Kitchen: It has all the essentials including dishwasher, microwave, and nice espresso machine. • Washer and Dryer: They are new and a normal size. • Parking: there is a small shared parking for the building with a locked gate. It's tight, but I always found a spot. We were also pleasantly surprised by: • Kaloyan was very responsive and accommodating. • A nice family friendly park and playground across the street. • A good grocery store a block away.
