We stayed at Mihaela and Kaloyan’s place for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartment felt luxurious and beautifully put together, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The big, cozy sofa in the living room became our favorite spot to relax after exploring Sofia. The view over Vitosha Mountain was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and added such a peaceful atmosphere to our mornings and evenings. The property was spotless, spacious, and equipped with every small detail carefully thought out, which made the stay effortless. The nearby supermarkets were also very convenient and made it easy to stock up on essentials during the week, which we really appreciated. Mihaela and Kaloyan were wonderful hosts. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Their kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made getting around very easy. Alex and the team were wonderful hosts: friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal in der Unterkunft und das wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Wunderbare Wohnung an toller Lage mit sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber:in. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with the apartment. It was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

I would like to say this place was excellent. Restaurants are near. Starbucks is a block away. The home was perfect for me. I had only one issue which was entirely my fault. I parked outside the apartment and Blue zone hours...well if you know you know. I was leaving the apartment very early and my car was towed. Luckily for me these are the most gracious hosts. Dimitar woke up at 430 in the morning and took me to where my car was. Then waited for me to retrieve it and I followed him back to the apartment. You can only imagine how much of a relief this was because I'm a foreigner and I really had no idea where to start looking for my car. I actually thought it was stolen at first. I cant say thank you enough and when I return to Sofia this is the only place I will stay. This is what "A Home Away from Home" should feel like!! Thank You Again!!

My stay at the apartment was amazing! The flat was very clean and new, and has all the necessary amenities. The location is also great, super close to NDK and city center and public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. I was very happy with the host, very responsive and kind. I can't recommend the place more! 😊

Emil's flat is a little gem in Sofia's centre, walking distance from all significant places in the city. I have spent two weeks there and it felt like home, highly recommend it in terms of cleanliness, communication with the hosts and location. Would return again for sure.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione. La posizione è comoda e ben collegata, ideale per muoversi facilmente.
